Senior Bioanalytics & Data Integration Project Manager

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Eurofins seeks a Senior Bioanalytics & Data Integration Project Manager to lead data science and digital transformation initiatives in regulated laboratory environments. The role combines project leadership, data integration strategy, and compliance expertise to deliver scalable solutions supporting bioanalytical operations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data science initiatives from concept through implementation and governance
Plan and execute instrument-to-LIMS integration and multi-source data integration strategies
Develop SQL and Python-based workflows for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Build dashboards and analytics to support operational insights and key performance metrics
Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and GDPR standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or related field
7+ years leading data science, analytics, or digital transformation projects
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
Proficiency with SQL, Python, ETL processes, and data visualization platforms
Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and data governance principles
Experience with LIMS or laboratory information systems
Eligible to work in United States without sponsorship
