Driver Helper Job Details Job Level: Experienced Location: Arlington, TX (Arlington Metro) Position Type: Full Time Salary: $175 per route Shift: Graveyard (Monday‑Friday 10:00pm – UF) Job Category: Skilled Labor – Trades Responsibilities Unload and check quality of products at customer locations. Assist the driver with deliveries, including rotating produce and ensuring quality. Use a 2‑wheel dolly for unloading. Contact customer if an order is short or incomplete. Handle customer complaints professionally. Follow written driver safety rules and perform pre‑trip inspections. Maintain proper handling of company equipment. Communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic as needed. Follow the product delivery schedule and ensure quality and rotation. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Ability to understand and follow English instructions. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check. Own reliable transportation to and from work. Physical Demands Frequent moving of product up to 50pounds; occasional lifting up to 80pounds. Ability to climb on and off the truck’s loading dock. Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Work Environment Cold warehouse environment. Work in confined spaces. Work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, and extremely cold temperatures).
