What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair marine systems and outboard engines with precision.
Lead winterization tasks, including shrink wrapping, bottom painting, and system commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure all systems meet industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years in marine systems or a related field.
Skills: Expertise in marine electrical systems, problem-solving, and technical communication.
Certifications: Marine electrical certifications preferred.
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and extended hours when needed.
Physical Ability: Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and navigating confined spaces.
