Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $30–$37 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing healthcare team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive clinical environment.
Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Florida.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Must be willing to travel to Brandon and Wesley Chapel if needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Competitive pay: $30–$37 per hour
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday
