Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Perry is growing our sales team and looking for motivated personable and competitive individuals to join us as Automotive Client Advisors .

At Heritage we call our salespeople Client Advisors because the job is about more than simply selling a vehicle. Our goal is to understand what each customer needs help them find the right vehicle and create an experience that earns their business now and in the future.

Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but it is not required . We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic a positive attitude and the desire to build a successful career.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Learn each customers needs wants budget and priorities

• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs

• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology

• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and discovery drives

• Follow up with internet phone and showroom customers

• Make outbound phone calls texts and emails to prospective customers

• Set and confirm appointments

• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying process

• Work with sales managers to structure deals and overcome customer concerns

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM

• Follow up with previous customers and build a book of repeat and referral business

• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory incentives products and vehicle features

• Assist with dealership events social media and other sales activities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience before during and after the sale

Automotive Experience

Automotive sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate .

Successful Client Advisors can come from many different backgrounds including retail hospitality customer service wireless sales home improvement sales power sports insurance and other customer-facing positions.
