Simple and Secure.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoAs our Command Center Manager, you’ll lead a team of Level I and II Analysts across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless 24x7x365 operations of our enterprise data centers. You’ll be responsible for:Overseeing incident response, system monitoring, and SLA adherenceLeading enterprise event escalations and executive-level communicationsDriving process maturity, automation, and operational efficiencyHiring, mentoring, and developing top-tier technical talentCollaborating with SRE and infrastructure teams to enhance monitoring and toolingReporting on KPIs, system availability, and customer satisfaction metricsQualificationsWhat You Bring5+ years in a leadership role within a Data Center, NOC, or SOCProven success in high-pressure, high-visibility environmentsStrong technical acumen and hands-on experience with tools like SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, etc.Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with SRE principles, automation, and tooling optimization is a plusWhy BTS?Be part of a Fortune 500-backed tech team with global impactWork in a culture that values innovation, growth, and employee developmentEnjoy opportunities to expand your career into roles you never imaginedMake a real difference in how technology supports the future of insuranceThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
