RN - Gastrointestinal Lab (GI Lab)

Registered Nurse (RN) for GI LabSeeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a GI Lab setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong procedural nursing skills and sedation experience, focusing primarily on intra-procedural care.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmit and assess patients prior to procedures.Provide recovery care to patients in Phase II post-procedure.Assist in the procedure room as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with travel or PRN experience.Valid nursing license in Illinois.Current CPR and ACLS certifications.Ability to pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or above.Orientation ScheduleOrientation is conducted during the day shift with the first day on a Monday. The estimated time for training, including an EKG test and modules, is approximately 6-8 hours, with an additional 16 hours of non-billable orientation.Work ScheduleThis position requires 36-40 hours of work per week, with varying start times between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
