You’ll be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team that values responsiveness, teamwork, and continuous growth.Position Highlights:Sign-On Incentive: Up to $15,000 for qualified candidatesTeam Culture: Work in a collaborative and supportive environmentSchedule: Full-time union position (40 hours/week)- 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with rotating start times (6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)On-Call Rotation: Includes weekends and holidays. On-call responsibilities typically occur every 7th weekend, 4 weekdays per month, and 1–2 holidays per year. A 30-minute response time is required when on-call. You’ll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary-level care in a community setting.Key Responsibilities:Assist providers during GI endoscopic proceduresAdminister medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedationMonitor patients during and after proceduresCollect and prepare lab specimensEducate patients and families on procedures and recoveryLead and support other clinic nurses and techniciansMaintain and inspect medical equipment and suppliesPosition DetailsWork is typically performed in a clinical environment.
