We're looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat primarily outpatient orthopedic patients, with occasional neurological and geriatric cases.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, restoring function, and preventing future injuries.
• Perform manual therapy and other evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate, one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Part-Time

• Flexible scheduling available based on the above hours.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
