Gastroenterologist – Partnership Opportunity | Chester County, Pennsylvania
A well-established gastroenterology group in Chester County, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing, physician-led practice. The organization includes multiple outpatient clinic locations, an ambulatory surgery center, and strong hospital affiliations within a highly desirable suburban region of the Greater Philadelphia area.
Position Highlights- Two-year pathway to full partnership
- Competitive compensation of approximately $400,000–$425,000 during the first two years
- Partner earning potential $600,000+
- Favorable call schedule (approximately 1:10) covering a single hospital
- Established referral base and strong clinical demand
- Modern outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery center access
- Advanced Practice Provider support to enhance workflow efficiency
- Physician-led organization with experienced leadership and stable long-term operations
- Collaborative team environment with physicians, APPs, and dedicated clinical support staff
- Well-structured administrative and operational support allowing physicians to focus on patient care
- Core procedures include colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), flexible sigmoidoscopy, and pouchoscopy
- Located in Chester County, one of the most desirable suburban regions in southeastern Pennsylvania

Requirements
Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
