Instructor - Operator, Paramedic

Responsibilities Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV). Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel. Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments. Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives. Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers and assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions. Qualifications Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO) Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) Basic Life Support (BLS) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering medical training and operational support in a simulation environment, with a focus on critical thinking and psychomotor skills assessment.
