Qualifications and Experience:

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience with IEP documentation and participation in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring occupational therapy services
• Design individualized and group treatment sessions focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student goals
• Document student progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support and educational resources to classroom staff
• Support transition planning for students moving between educational settings
