Employee Benefits Producer

Job Details Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year. Responsibilities Prospects, solicits, quotes and consults for new Benefit Insurance accounts. Generates leads through the development of professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement, existing clients, and internal referrals. Develops new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions at prospective clients. Maintains a consistently strong and active new business pipeline. Aggressively identifies and pursues cross‑selling opportunities among existing clients. Develops targeted coverage programs and provides proactive risk‑management advice that solves unique client challenges. Maintains consistent and high‑quality touch points with clients and prospects. Maintains proper advocacy of claims. Education & Experience Requirements 2‑3 years plus relevant work experience in insurance sales. Ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross‑sell other lines of business. Relevant understanding of Employee Benefit products preferred; training will be provided. Life and Health license or the ability to obtain one in the first 90 days. Proven track record of successfully developing a pipeline, cross‑selling, and executing on sales strategies. Reputation as a client‑centric sales professional. Technical knowledge of insurance and risk‑management products and services.
