We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing Property Management Company. The ideal candidate has KNOCK experience, strong people skills, sales experience, and a positive, professional attitude, with a desire to grow within the industry.

We have opportunities with both conventional and tax credit properties.

Responsibilities include: leasing apartments, conducting tours, answering phones, resident and vendor relations, and general administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment leasing experience
• Prior experience with tax credit properties
• Strong sales and customer service skills (phone and in-person)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
