Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires night shifts, with hours from 1800 to 0630. Candidates should have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Conduct patient assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement treatment protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to different units as needed, based on patient care requirements.

Education and Experience

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 24 months, with acute critical care experience in the last 12 months.
• EMT and ED Tech experience with a minimum of two years is acceptable, provided the candidate is in good standing.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California.
• Evidence of current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) certification is desired within one year of hire.
• NRP, TNCC, and CEN certifications are encouraged and recommended.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
