Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 07:00-17:00. No scheduled weekends. Weekend call required (currently 1 in 4). Holiday coverage as needed.

• 8 operating rooms with 1:1 patient ratios for optimal patient care
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Pharmacy, Radiology, Respiratory Services, and Physical Therapy
• Free onsite parking available
• Patient population includes Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Pass/Fail testing required with strict passing criteria prior to start

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in General Surgery, Orthopedic procedures, and Robotic-assisted surgeries
• Experience with laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures
• Knowledge of Da Vinci Xi Surgical System for colorectal, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and urologic robotic procedures
• Competency in cataract extraction, joint replacements, and GYN procedures
• Strong understanding of fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, and malignant hyperthermia protocols
• Experience with conscious sedation monitoring and cardiac monitoring
• Ability to float as needed within the facility
