CDL Driver

Mesquite Branch, 901 Dalworth Dr, Mesquite, Texas, United States of America Driver We are seeking a Driver to deliver and load construction materials across Mesquite, Texas. The driver will safely drive routes, obey traffic laws, assist in loading and unloading materials using cranes, conveyors, or hand, and serve as the company representative on the job site. *Competitive Sign-On Bonus Available and HOME EVERY NIGHT!* Responsibilities Safely drive efficient routes to job sites and comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist in loading and securing materials on trucks daily using cranes, conveyors, piggybacks or hand. Help unload materials and perform daily vehicle inspections while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Lead, instruct, and supervise others as the company representative on the job site. Requirements Valid state CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with clear MVR and DOT record. Minimum 21 years of age. Current and valid Medical Certification Card. Previous year of consecutive CDL driving experience. High degree of attention and dexterity in vehicle control. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly for extended periods. Ability to climb a 40 ft ladder (location based). Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness. U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a company-required drug screening; all employees are subject to random drug testing per company policy. Preferred Previous material handling experience. Previous forklift experience.
