Training Coordinator

IntePros is looking for a highly organized HR/Orientation Coordinator, HR Technical Training to coordinate onboarding and technical training for our manufacturing teams. In this role, you'll help ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience while supporting training compliance, workforce readiness, and operational success in a regulated manufacturing environment RESPONSIBILITI ESCoordinate the site's New Hire Orientation (NHO) program, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and facilitation suppor t.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver effective onboarding and trainin g.Coordinate the transition from orientation to On-the-Job Training (OJT) and track employee training progress and qualification s.Maintain training assignments and records within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring audit readiness and regulatory complianc e.Develop and update training materials and presentation s.Monitor training metrics and identify opportunities to improve onboarding, training effectiveness, and the overall learner experienc e.Support additional learning and development initiatives as neede EXPERIEN CEBachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Business, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experienc e.2+ years of experience supporting training, onboarding, or learning programs in a regulated manufacturing environmen t.Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skill s.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferre d.Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plu #J-18808-Ljbffr
