We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This dual-role position is vital to creating a positive first impression for customers while ensuring accurate and efficient handling of payments and administrative tasks.

Reception Duties:

• Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide general information about dealership services and departments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area

Cashier Duties:

• Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
• Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately
• Issue receipts and reconcile daily cash drawer
• Prepare end-of-day reports and deposit summaries
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or receptionist roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced dealership environment
• May require standing for extended periods
• Some weekends or evening shifts depending on dealership hours
