In this role at PwC, you will work on software engineering activities that support digital transformation, use structured problem-solving to interpret data and address issues, and contribute to applications that improve how tax teams deliver work for clients.Responsibilities- Developing software solutions that support tax innovation initiatives and improve service delivery- Coding, testing, and debugging applications using languages and frameworks such as C# .NET, Java, Python, and React Native- Contributing to application development activities across the software lifecycle from design through deployment- Translating business needs into technical features that support tax process automation and digital transformation- Analyzing source data and program behavior to identify defects, patterns, and opportunities for improvement- Collaborating with team members to refine requirements, review code, and resolve technical issues- Applying AI fluency and modern engineering tools to support efficient solution development- Documenting technical work, development decisions, and testing results to support knowledge sharing and maintenanceWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 1 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Experience developing software in tax technology environments- Applying Python, Java, or C#.NET in delivery tasks- Familiarity with application development and debugging workflows- Using AI fluency to support engineering problem solving- Gathering facts from multiple sources and discerning patterns- Adapting quickly in client-facing, fast-paced team settings- Taking ownership, seeking feedback, and developing commercial awarenessTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
