Full Time PM Restaurant Server/BartenderPhiladelphia Marriott West is currently seeking an individual for the position of full time PM Restaurant Server/Bartender in our busy Philadelphia Marriott West property at Conshohocken, PA.What you'll be doing:Welcome guests and promptly attend to tablesServe food and beverages to guests making recommendations, if neededShare your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requestsRecord transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timelyCheck-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverageClean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other suppliesPrepare drink orders for guest according to specified recipes using measuring systems.Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other toolsPerform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/ManagerWhat we're looking for:Knowledgeable in MICROS systemGreat conversational skills and teamwork-orientedPositive outlook and outgoing personalityPrevious serving experience is a big plusWillingness to pick up shifts as neededAvailable to work evening and weekends shifts if neededThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth insuranceDental insurancePaid Time OffFlexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care)Company-paid basic life insuranceShort-term disabilityLong-term disability401KJob Type: Full-time
