Day Shift Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and safety Respond to alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time Coordinate with field personnel to maintain continuous and efficient operations Record and analyze operational data to support process improvements Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards What Are We Looking For Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions Proficiency with computer systems and control room technologies Effective communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to safety and attention to detail Capability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
