• Administer comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Craft personalized treatment plans with measurable goals that address both addiction and underlying mental health concerns.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Engage closely with the treatment team for coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support across all aspects of their health.
• Deliver educational resources and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
