Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | Sonora, CA | New Grads Welcome | Sierra Nevada Lifestyle

An outpatient clinic in Sonora, CA is adding a Physical Therapist to a collaborative rehab team that prioritizes quality care, strong outcomes, and a supportive work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing: Work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and regain independence.

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and/or neurological conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Guide patients through recovery from injury or surgery
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff
• Maintain clear and efficient documentation

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and documentation skills
