As a Residential Sales Associate, you will own the entire sales cyclefrom first consultation through project completionwhile delivering a premium, professional experience every step of the way.

• Conduct high-quality in-home and remote sales consultations
• Diagnose customer needs and present customized, value-based proposals
• Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
• Consistently hit or exceed sales and close-rate targets
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-up in the CRM
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
• Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales or consultative customer-facing experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• High personal accountability and organization
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• In-home sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
• Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
• Associate degree or higher
• Experience working within a CRM-driven sales environment
