You will drive financial, operational, and strategic agendas across technology infrastructure, AI adoption, and technology economics. This role sits at the intersection of business management, technology strategy, and investment governance, ensuring investments and initiatives are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will support the development of technology economics discipline, providing transparency and actionable insights to improve decision-making and drive optimization.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior technology leaders to support strategic priorities across Infrastructure, AI, Vendor Management, and Technology StrategyContribute to business management frameworks, operating reviews, OKRs, and KPIs supporting execution against strategic objectivesSupport annual planning, forecasting, and investment governance activities across technology portfoliosDevelop strategic analyses, business cases, and executive materials for investment decisions and transformation initiativesLead business management activities for infrastructure investment planning, forecasting, and performance managementDevelop transparency into infrastructure consumption, technology unit economics, cost drivers, and optimization opportunitiesAnalyze infrastructure demand trends and provide recommendations to improve investment efficiencySupport governance and financial management of AI-related investments, including tracking and reporting on AI token consumption and adoption trendsHelp establish technology economics frameworks to improve visibility into investment performance, utilization, and value deliveryDevelop executive-level reporting and analysis covering infrastructure economics, AI investments, technology financials, and strategic initiativesIdentify and drive opportunities to improve business management processes, reporting quality, and planning effectivenessRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills7+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Technology Strategy, Technology COO, Operations, or related disciplineExperience supporting technology organizations, infrastructure portfolios, or large-scale technology investment programsStrong financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting experienceProven ability to perform complex quantitative and strategic analysis using large data setsExperience partnering with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Business organizationsStrong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendationsDemonstrated success operating within a large, matrixed global environmentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience within Securities Services, Custody, Asset Servicing, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Markets TechnologyExperience supporting infrastructure economics, cloud financial management, platform modernization, or FinOps initiativesExperience with AI governance, token consumption management, productivity measurement, or value realization programsExperience supporting strategic planning, investment governance, or technology transformation initiativesExperience working within Technology Business Management (TBM) or technology finance functions**To be eligible for this role, you MUST BE AUTHORIZED to work in the United States.
