Youth Program Coordinator

Uthiverse Incorporated, located in Northwest Indiana, is a dynamic organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering youth through innovative programs and initiatives. Role Description The Program Coordinator will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Infinite Pathways Workforce Fellowship 160‑hour summer workforce experience for youth ages 13–24. This individual ensures the program runs smoothly, staff are supported, youth are engaged, and all deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily program schedule and flow Monitor attendance, punctuality, and participation Maintain a structured, professional environment Ensure staff are prepared, aligned, and timelines and benchmarks are met Address behavioral issues, disengagement, or conflict Track progress toward all deliverables Drive a 15‑passenger van when needed supporting off‑site events and transportation logistics Support delivery of, and facilitate training sessions Reinforce learning objectives during daily activities Serve as primary point of contact for staff and fellows Provide updates to leadership on attendance, progress, and challenges Track hours, participation, and outputs Support midpoint and final evaluations Assist with program reporting Qualifications Must be at least 25 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to drive a 15‑passenger van Strong leadership and communication skills Strong training and facilitation skills Strong listening and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Previous experience running youth programs Experience in workforce development or education Experience managing teams or coordinating programs Punctuality and daily attendance are required Must be present and engaged for the full 8‑week program Check email and other communications daily #J-18808-Ljbffr Uthiverse Incorporated
