Road Warrior Staffing is actively seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for a long-term opportunity based in Wentzville, MO.

• Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for drivers out of:

· Omaha, NE

· Indianapolis, IN

· Southern Missouri

· Princeton, IL

· Kansas City, MO

· Midway, TN

· Little Rock, AR

· Orangeburg, SC

· Hope Mills, NC

· LaGrange, KY

· Wichita, KS

· Tulsa, OK

$0.55 – $0.60 per mile for all miles driven up to 2500 miles. For miles over 2500 for the week, an additional $0.02 per mile will be added for all the miles that week.

$15.00 weekly cell phone allowance

Additional compensation for Layovers, Breakdowns, Trailer Sweeps, and Detention

Paid weekly

Safety Bonuses, clean roadside inspection bonuses, and clean monthly log bonuses

2023, 2024, 2025 Peterbilt 579's all automatics and all equipped with an APU and power inverter
· All tractors have inward and outward facing cameras

· Pet Policy

· Passenger Policy

· Company drivers paid by W2

· Occasional touch work, but compensated if lumper is not available

Duties

OTR Positions Home Weekly or up to 10 Days out

2500+ Miles Weekly

Qualifications

· Must be at least 23 years of age

· Must have a valid CDL

· Must have at least 5 years driving experience

· Must have 2 years of recent experience

· Must pass a Physical and Drug Screen

· Must pass a work study

· Must pass a road test

· No more than 2 moving violations with the last 3 years

· No more than 2 non-preventable accidents in the last 2 years

· No more than 1 preventable accidents in the last 2 years

· Must not exceed 2 violations and 1 accident in the last 2 years

· Must not have more than 2 jobs in the last year, and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years

Benefits

$0.55 – $0.60 per mile for all miles driven up to 2500 miles. For miles over 2500 for the week, an additional $0.02 per mile will be added for all the miles that week.
