Product Marketing ManagerDemco Products is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated category owner and strategic lead for our RV aftermarket and Trailer Component OEM division. This role acts as the critical bridge between product engineering, sales execution, and marketing production.You are the ultimate brand authority and demand generation engine for your category. By defining the market positioning and enforcing the Industrial Design Language (IDL) compliance, you will supply our internal Creative Studio with highly targeted, pre-validated messaging. You will own the full-funnel revenue metrics for your vertical, equipping the sales floor with the necessary pipeline velocity to hit revenue targets.Core ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Ingestion & TranslationServe as the primary inbound logic gate for all category-specific marketing requests originating from Sales, Engineering, and Operations.Evaluate inbound departmental requests against established revenue targets, calculating ROI and strategic priority before allocating any marketing resources.Act as the operational "translation layer," converting raw, unstructured departmental needs into highly structured, actionable creative briefs for the internal production studio.Brand Governance & Content StrategyServe as the absolute authority on the category's brand architecture, dictating market positioning, messaging hierarchies, and technical copy.Enforce Industrial Design Language (IDL) compliance across all category assets, leading the initial formulation of the visual baseline in consultation with the Creative team.Provide pre-validated creative inputs to the Creative Studio, ensuring they have the exact syntax required for high-velocity visual rendering.Demand Generation & Pipeline VelocityDevelop and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy for your specific product category to drive inbound pipeline and revenue growth.Manage industry-specific media buying, negotiating and coordinating directly with media sellers and advertising vendors.Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and brand advocates to amplify market presence.Technical Validation & Engineering AlignmentAct as the final technical validation checkpoint for all category marketing materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in product representation and feature descriptions.Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to synthesize product roadmaps, new feature releases, and mechanical specifications into market-ready value propositions.RequirementsRequired Attributes & Competencies3-5 years of product marketingBachelor's degree preferredVertical Ownership: Deep subject matter expertise in the specific industrial vertical and a full-funnel approach to revenue generation.Systems Translator: Ability to extract the underlying business need from an unstructured departmental request and translate it into a structured marketing workflow.Exceptional Communicator: Strong technical copywriting skills with the ability to translate raw engineering data into conversion-focused hooks.Cross-Functional Collaborator: High emotional intelligence to navigate relationships between technical engineering teams, creative production nodes, and external media vendors.BenefitsBenefits Day 1:12 Paid HolidaysBirthday Paid OffPTO AccrualBenefits 1st of the Month After 30 Days:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and Short Term Disability InsuranceThe Standard Accident and Critical Illness PlansBenefits 1st of the Month After 60 Days:401k Retirement PlanSafety Shoes/Glasses AllowanceBenefits 1st of the Month After 6 Months:Short Term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveDrug screening is required.
