Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

$1468.80/week - Job Summary: Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care aligned with clinical protocols and ensuring patient safety during shift. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience. Current BLS certification; IV Certification for LVNs preferred. Knowledge of Meditech or similar EMR systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
