The Position

Requirements

Passion for fitness and helping others

Out-going, goal oriented, energetic salesperson, excited to learn and grow into a future General Manager

Mastery of all sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position

CPR/AED Certification

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management

Responsibilities

As the captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:

Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training

Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions

Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs

Assist in sales trainings, team meetings, and employee coaching

Organizational Structure

You report directly to your club's General Manager

You will also benefit from coaching and development from the VP of Sales that oversees the Orange County region.

Although you will work primarily to achieve specific sales and service goals at the front desk with your team of MSRs, you will work cohesively with the other departments as well, such as, Personal Training and Group fitness to establish and encourage club-wide initiatives such as maximizing Kick Off booking, event attendance, buddy referrals, and overall positive member engagement.

SIR Fitness is based in Southern California and franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch Eastlake, Crunch Oceanside, and Crunch University Square. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
