Chemical Plant Ops Leader: Safety & Continuous Improvement

The Plant Manager at CPS4JOBS will lead a chemical manufacturing facility, focusing on safe, efficient production of rubber-related products while meeting quality and regulatory standards. You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and mentor the leadership team in a complex, compliance-driven environment. You will oversee EHS, production, maintenance, engineering, and QA, using Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize throughput and cost.
