Production Worker (2nd Shift)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Location: Aurora, ILPosition OverviewWe're hiring dependable Production Workers to support a quality-focused manufacturing process. This role is primarily responsible for checking and inspecting materials to ensure surfaces are clean and ready for the next step in production.What You'll DoInspect materials to confirm no residue remains on the surface prior to preparation for paintingPerform visual quality checks to ensure materials meet standards before moving forward in the processHandle materials throughout the inspection process, including lifting and repositioning as neededSupport production needs based on current workflow, which may include Production Braze or QC (Quality Control) tasksPhysical RequirementsMaximum lifting requirement: up to 50 lbsHeavy lifters preferred, but light-lifting candidates are also welcome and may be considered depending on current Production Braze/QC needsWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to follow instructions and maintain consistent inspection standardsReliable attendance and ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri)
