About the Position

Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Med/Surg Telemetry RN

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience .
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License in hand at the time of submission.
• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• One recent reference from a Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), Supervisor, or Director in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
• Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores.
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday .
