Guest Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (CSA) – Full‑time & Part‑time We're seeking talented candidates for full‑time and part‑time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Responsibilities Conferencing with our guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience. Contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. Qualifications A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
