Receptionist/ Mailroom Specialist
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Hospitality or legal office experience preferred
- Strong customer service, personnel, and communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer experience
- Experience with printing, scanning, mail sorting, reception duties, and professional phone/email correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Outlook (strong computer skills)
- Scheduling, ordering supplies, and inventory management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for occasional courier runs); minimum auto insurance per requirements
- 1–2 years related work experience; minimum 2 years in legal industry highly desired
- Working knowledge of copier and related equipment, basic repair, and troubleshooting preferred
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics preferred
