Job Overview Performs venipuncture on adult and pediatric patients and provides educational instructions regarding lab testing procedures and requirements. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture on adult and pediatric patients. Educate patients on lab testing collection procedures and requirements. Communicate with outside labs and maintain clinic professionalism. Support a team-based approach to a Patient Centered Medical Home. Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Less than 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Ability to provide clear educational instructions and communicate professionally. Proficiency in maintaining a patient-centered environment.
