Position Overview Responsible for performing project support tasks for all functions within the Supply Chain team. Job Summary Assists in the development of processes a procedures related to procurement, warehousing and logistics Completes process and workflow analysis and drafts recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements Leverages Supply Chain Undergraduate coursework and project experience to drive waste reduction initiatives. Assists with the comprehensive utilization of all procurement and inventory systems for aviation and clinical supplies. Analyze and maintain appropriate target stock levels and safety stock using ERP/MRP data as well as statistical inventory management tools Acts and project support resource for Data Science group, ensure that data sources have been vetted for integrity and management-facing tools are concise and updated per business unit requirements Assist with supplier performance improvement initiatives, using KPI data to ensure that corrective action opportunities are highlights for management to develop improvement strategies. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Schedule / Location 5 & 2 Phoenix, AZ The Successful Candidate Will Have High school diploma or equivalent required Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences or relevant discipline. Healthcare or Aviation experience preferred. This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act. Organizational Competencies Safe.
