Grain Production Worker - Seasonal

This role involves performing facility operations such as loading and unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks. It includes basic maintenance and equipment care to ensure smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and engaging with team members. The position requires adherence to safety policies, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and completing additional assigned duties. Qualifications Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Minimum age of 18 years Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodations Proficiency in English (verbal/written) Basic computer skills Capability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise, using PPE Ability to work at heights of 4 feet or more Preferred Skills Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with prior notice This position offers a competitive hourly rate, sign-on bonus, and easy application options through chat or text.
