Long Term Direct Hire position paying $35/hr for commercial work and Prevailing wage for CA State work.

Job Description

Join our team as an Electrical Trainee, where you will assist with the utility-scale installation of solar panels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of solar panels on a utility scale.
• Support electrical construction activities, including conduit and wiring tasks.
• Participate in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components as needed.

Essential Skills

• Must have a Current State of California Electrical Trainee (ET) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.
• Proficiency in construction and electrical tasks.
• Experience in conduit and wiring work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with utility-scale solar installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.

Work Environment

Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions across California, requiring significant travel during the week ONLY.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Irwin, CA.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.

PTO, holiday pay, full benefits

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Irwin,CA.
