Digital Literacy Associate

Description The Digital Assistant provides hands‑on technical support to participants during Career Connect workshops, helping individuals build basic computer skills in a supportive, one‑on‑one environment. This role also supports workshop facilitators with technical needs and assists IT staff with hardware setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies while ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for all participants. Provide one‑on‑one support to participants needing assistance with computer literacy during Career Connect sessions. Assist workshop facilitators with technical setup and in‑session support (e.g., presentations, software, connectivity). Support IT staff with hardware needs, including setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Help resolve common technical issues quickly to minimize disruption during workshops. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before and during sessions.
