As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed—our technology handles all measurements. What You’ll Do Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generationrequired. Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required. Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development. What’s In It for You 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually. Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting. 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission — not a draw. Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Comfortable working in a commission-based role. Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot. Technological proficiency in using an iPad. Submit to a background screening.
