This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting Arxada’s continued growth.**Essential Job Functions:*** Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products* Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results in compliance with internal and regulatory standards* Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration and proper functioning* Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and collaborating on root cause investigations* Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures, fostering a culture of safe laboratory practices* Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support continuous improvement initiatives* Prepare reagents, standards, and samples in accordance with established methods* Contribute to maintaining laboratory organization, cleanliness, and compliance with audit requirements**Qualifications & Experience:*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field* Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or quality control environment is preferred* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and reliable data* Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement* Basic computer skills and experience with laboratory data systems or documentation tools**Benefits & Conditions:** The expected salary range for this role is **$42 400-$53 000**, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.**Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:*** **Microbial Control Solutions (MCS)** focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.* **Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE)**, meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.*Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
