Systems Engineer - Ocean Engineering and Advanced Radar Onsite

What You Will Do Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Test activities. Conduct requirement analysis to ensure system designs meet program objectives and customer needs. Support software/hardware integration efforts, collaborating with software teams to ensure seamless functionality. Develop and execute test runs to assess system performance under varied conditions. Detect and diagnose system failures, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. Work across disciplines to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges. Stay up to date with advancements in data analysis techniques, and Integration, Verification, or Test practices. Travel, both domestic and international, to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 25%. Required Qualifications Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with system software, system hardware, system requirements and/or test. Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB and/or other programming languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and managing requirements using DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools. Experience working in integration labs, test facilities, or field environments supporting system integration and/or verification. Experience using Monte Carlo simulations to model system performance, analyze results, and inform test strategies. Experience diagnosing root causes of system failures, implementing corrective actions, and developing preventative measures. Experience presenting technical findings, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and customers. What We Offer Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
