Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2540 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local&travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:Minimum 1 year inpatient Med-Surg and neuro experience required.Willingness for occasional charge is required.

Special Requests:Up to 5 days of requested time off in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more is subject to leader approval and would need to be made up at the end of the assignment.

Unit Details:Cares for neuro-surgical patients, including stroke, seizures, MS, back, head, and spinal neurological diagnoses, and neurosurgery procedures.

Shift&Scheduling:No call.Every other full weekend; Saturday and Sunday are required unless otherwise approved.Expected to work at least one major winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.Night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.

Floating Requirements:Float as needed within scope.
