Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders and operate the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Work efficiently with other team members, especially during busy hours
• Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties

• No previous experience required
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to learn recipes and follow instructions
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to help teammates and take initiative
• Coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible availability is preferred
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus
