Pharmacy Customer Associate I

Elevance Health is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Associate I to support members with their prescription and pharmacy benefit needs. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and digital inquiries, verify eligibility and copays, process refills and basic prior authorizations, and educate members on benefit options and medication access programs. You’ll document all interactions accurately, follow HIPAA and quality standards, and collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve issues.
