Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist to support digital programs for a high-tech organization in the pharm/biotech space based in Rockville, Maryland. This Long-term Contract role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can blend campaign execution, content coordination, and channel optimization to strengthen demand generation efforts. The position works across email, social, and marketing automation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn performance insights into smarter marketing decisions.Responsibilities:• Lead digital campaign execution across email and related channels, including setup, quality checks, launch support, and post-campaign measurement.• Drive structured testing initiatives to compare messaging, creative, and audience approaches, then summarize findings to improve future performance.• Coordinate end-to-end newsletter delivery by organizing content inputs, assembling assets, validating accuracy, scheduling sends, and reviewing engagement results.• Manage organic social publishing with an emphasis on LinkedIn, helping extend the reach of campaigns, thought leadership, and event-related communications.• Establish and maintain campaign tracking standards, naming frameworks, and documentation to support consistent reporting and clear attribution.• Interpret marketing results and translate campaign data into practical recommendations for stakeholders and business partners.• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital activity with broader commercial goals and audience needs.• Build and refine campaigns and automated workflows within enterprise marketing platforms to support scalable program execution.
