Healthcare Construction Superintendent

A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ is seeking a talented Healthcare Focused Superintendent to join its dynamic team. This role would be based out of their Tampa office and cover healthcare projects throughout west Florida, but could extend to other regions of FL. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+ Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Willingness to travel within FL as project needs dictate. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Competitive base salary, per diem, annual bonus, project bonus, and profit sharing.
