Production Operator

This role is on a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, days, and weekends. What we are looking for: High School Diploma/GED.required Manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly or similar experience required Forklift, mobile equipment, or heavy equipment experience preferred Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards. Continuous wrapping and sub-bundling of material and stacking of millwork for shipment. General cleaning of work area and surroundings. Banding together units at the end of each production run. Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and working with supervisor as issues arise Use a tape measure and miter saw to cut runners and side boards to the proper length for banding. Physical Requirements: Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery. Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment. Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
